Terms & Conditions of Sale

PAS PRINTS  |  POLICY DOCUMENT  |  VERSION 1.2  |  9 OCTOBER 2026

1. Who we are and scope

PAS Prints ("we", "us") operates pasprints.co.uk. These terms apply to consumer orders accepted by us through our website or agreed in writing. Separate signed business or club agreements prevail for relevant business matters, but cannot remove mandatory consumer rights. You should save a copy of these terms with your order confirmation.

2. Product information and contract formation

Products, specifications, options and prices are shown before checkout. Please verify all customisation, quantities, sizes, delivery details and your email address before paying. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. We accept an order when we send an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation, whichever occurs first. We may refuse an order before acceptance where artwork is unsuitable, stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, a pricing mistake is obvious or a legal or intellectual-property concern exists. If payment was taken, we will return it promptly.

3. Prices and payments

Prices, delivery charges and taxes applicable to the order will be shown at checkout. Once an order is accepted we will not unilaterally raise its agreed price. Obvious website pricing mistakes may be addressed before acceptance; any replacement quote requires your agreement. Payment must be authorised before production unless we expressly agree credit terms.

4. Personalised orders and specifications

A genuinely personalised product is made to the specifications you submit, for example printed with a particular name, photograph or number. You are responsible for checking your submitted details before placing an order. We reproduce the details confirmed for production, subject to our duty to exercise reasonable care and skill and supply conforming goods. Optional proofs are governed by our Personalisation & Artwork Approval Policy. If a product is not genuinely personalised, ordinary distance-selling cancellation rights may apply even if it is printed after ordering.

5. Supply and delivery

We provide production and delivery estimates separately wherever practicable. An estimated date is not a guaranteed event deadline unless we have expressly agreed a binding deadline. We will inform you of material delays and offer the remedies required by law. Unless a different period has been agreed, consumer goods must normally be delivered within 30 days. Risk in consumer goods passes to you when you, or a person identified by you other than our carrier, takes physical possession.

6. Cancellation, returns and faults

Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy explains statutory cancellation rights, the exemption for genuinely personalised goods, and what happens if goods are faulty or misdescribed. No clause in these terms limits your Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory statutory rights. A product is not deemed non-returnable merely because it was produced to order.

7. Artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that you own or are authorised to use material you provide and grant us a limited licence to reproduce it solely to fulfil your order and deal with related customer support. We may request evidence of authority and may suspend or reject an order where rights are doubtful. We retain rights in our original designs, production templates, photography and website content, subject to rights belonging to you or third parties. You may not reproduce our original artwork for commercial purposes without our permission.

8. Changes, substitutions and mistakes

We will not materially substitute an accepted product without your agreement. If a requested change is feasible before production, we will confirm any revised price and schedule before proceeding. We may refuse changes after work has started. We remain responsible for deviations from the agreed specification caused by our error.

9. Responsibility and legal limits

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable consequence of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or restrict liability where unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer remedies. We are not responsible for customer-supplied errors where we have accurately followed confirmed instructions, except where the law requires otherwise. Nothing here makes you responsible for our own negligence or production error.

10. Problems, complaints and governing law

Please contact us using the details above with your order number, description and photographs where helpful. We will assess the problem fairly and explain proposed next steps. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protections applicable to a consumer in another UK jurisdiction. Consumers may bring proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update terms for future orders. The terms applicable to an accepted order are those made available at the time of that order, unless a later amendment is expressly agreed and lawful.
